Chris Wightwick has led a successful business & leadership advisor/coaching company for 10 years. He has over 4000 hours of one-on-one experience working with 300+ business owners across most industries as well as varying levels of business maturity and size.

Chris has a talent for finding gems hidden in the dusty vaults of neuroscience, quantum physics, and human behaviour psychology. He weaves this with modern business principles and his vast array of experience to deliver accessible and tangible wisdom that is actionable and impactful.

Before finding his passion for advisory/coaching, Chris spent more than a decade in leadership & operations positions as an Army Officer, worked as an emergency nurse, lead large (up to 85 staff) medical teams in Timor Leste, the Solomon Islands and Australia, and worked for a multinational medical device organisation in a demanding sales role.

Along the way, Chris earned a master's degree, two bachelor degrees, as well as a number of diploma level qualifications. He also gained invaluable wisdom through interacting with people from all over the world via a love of travel.
