However, true transformation goes beyond surface-level changes and involves a complete re-imagining of how an organization produces value.

Value-driven transformation requires leadership.

Friska and Brad discuss the role leaders play in driving value-driven transformation by providing top-down support, ensuring that the necessary systems, structures, and skills are in place to support the change. The 4S system outlined in the podcast - support, systems, structure, and skills - provides a framework for successful transformation by emphasizing the importance of leadership support, skill development, organizational alignment, and system integration
